14-Day Returns and Exchanges Policy
X-LAB Online Purchases Only
This policy applies only to bikes purchased on xlabbikes.com / xds.co / xlabusa.com. Bikes purchased from a bike shop or another online retailer must be returned or exchanged directly with that shop, in accordance with their individual policies.
14-day Return Window
Bikes purchased on our website may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date if the bike is in new, unused condition and includes all original parts, accessories, and packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Condition: Bikes must be returned in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply fees if items are missing or the bike shows signs of use or damage.
Size Exchanges (Same Model)
Size exchanges for the same model are allowed within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for both (1) shipping the original bike back and (2) shipping the replacement size out.

Condition: The bike must be in new, unused condition with all original items included.
Restocking Fee for Ridden Bikes
If a returned bike has been ridden on the road or shows signs of use, a restocking fee of 20% of MSRP will apply.
Refused Delivery
If you refuse delivery of a bicycle shipment, the order will be treated as a return-to-sender and sent back to X-LAB.
Because refused deliveries generate outbound shipping, return shipping, carrier handling, and reprocessing costs, we will apply a $250 per bike refused-delivery restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund once the bike is received back at our facility and processed.

The refused-delivery restocking fee applies per bicycle in the shipment.

Refused delivery is different from an approved return. If you intend to return a bike, please contact us first so we can provide proper return instructions.

If the bike arrives back to us with damage or missing items, additional charges may apply and may reduce the refund amount.
To avoid refused delivery charges, please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to change delivery timing, address, or plan.
