What kind of help do you need?

How do I connect my bike with third-party apps such as Strava or Apple Fitness?

The bike’s power meter does not pair directly with third-party mobile apps such as Strava. Instead, record the ride using a compatible cycling computer or fitness watch, then connect that device’s account to Strava.

Does the bike support “Find My” tracking integration?

Selected newer X-LAB models include tracking technology compatible with the “Find My” ecosystem. This feature can help the owner locate the bicycle through a compatible phone and account.

Availability varies by model and production version. Check the bicycle’s product specifications or owner’s manual to confirm whether tracking is included. The feature must be activated and correctly associated with the owner’s account before it can be used.

Tracking is an additional security tool, not a replacement for a high-quality lock, secure storage, or appropriate bicycle insurance.

My “Find My” tracking feature will not bind. What should I do?

Try the following steps:

  • Confirm that your bicycle supports the tracking feature.
  • Update the X-LAB app and your phone’s operating system.
  • Turn on Bluetooth and any required location permissions.
  • Make sure the bicycle is charged, powered on, and close to your phone.
  • Confirm that the bicycle is not still bound to another account or a previously connected phone.
  • If replacing or transferring a bike, unbind the previous bicycle before attempting to add the new one.
  • Turn the bicycle off and back on.
  • Fully close and reopen the X-LAB app, then attempt the binding process again.

If the bicycle was previously owned or connected to another account, the prior binding may need to be removed before a new owner can activate it. If binding continues to fail, contact X-LAB Support and provide the bicycle model, serial number, phone model, operating-system version, app version, and screenshots of any error message.
