What kind of help do you need?

A qualified local bicycle shop can generally perform routine maintenance such as:

• Tire and tube replacement
• Tubeless setup and sealant service
• Brake and gear adjustments
• Chain and cassette maintenance
• Wheel truing
• General cleaning and safety inspections

Visit an authorized X-LAB dealer for warranty claims, model-specific replacement parts, integrated carbon components, internal cable-routing work, and e-bike motor, battery, firmware, or electrical-system diagnostics.

Before allowing another shop to work on proprietary components, confirm that it has the correct service information, tools, and torque specifications. Work performed by an independent shop does not automatically qualify as authorized warranty service.

X-LAB does not currently operate or endorse an official mobile repair service.

Customers may independently hire a qualified local mobile bicycle technician for basic assembly or routine repairs. Before scheduling service, confirm that the technician is comfortable working with carbon components, integrated cockpits, hydraulic brakes, electronic drivetrains, or e-bike systems, as applicable.

Warranty claims, proprietary parts, and electrical-system diagnostics should still be handled through an authorized X-LAB dealer. For an emergency during a ride, stop using the bicycle if continuing could cause injury or additional damage.

When a replacement item is in stock, fulfillment and delivery generally take approximately five to seven business days. Timing can vary based on the destination, carrier, and whether the dealer must complete installation after receiving the part.

Local repair work typically takes approximately two to three weeks. Actual turnaround time depends on the shop’s workload, the required diagnosis, parts availability, repair complexity, and whether X-LAB approval is needed.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates. Your dealer can provide a more accurate estimate after inspecting the bicycle and confirming that all required parts are available.
