What kind of help do you need?

How much home assembly is required?

X-LAB bicycles are shipped partially assembled. Home assembly generally includes installing the front wheel, attaching the cockpit, inserting and adjusting the seatpost, and installing the pedals. The exact steps may vary by model.

Before riding, confirm that all components are correctly installed and tightened to the torque specifications in the owner’s manual. Check the brakes, shifting, tire pressure, headset, handlebar alignment, and saddle position. If you are unfamiliar with bicycle assembly, we recommend having the bicycle inspected by a qualified technician.

What assembly is required when my performance bike arrives?

Most X-LAB performance bicycles require installation of the front wheel, seatpost, and cockpit after delivery. Pedals may also need to be installed because they are not normally included with every bicycle configuration.

Some components may already be connected or internally routed, so do not pull, twist, or sharply bend the brake hoses or electronic-shifting wires during assembly. Follow the model-specific instructions and torque specifications carefully. A professional safety inspection is recommended before the first ride if you have any concerns about the assembly.

What happens if no one is home during delivery?

Check the tracking link in your shipping-confirmation email for the latest delivery status. If the carrier cannot complete delivery, it may provide instructions for redelivery, pickup, or another available delivery option.

These options are controlled by the shipping carrier and may vary by destination. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number if you need to change the delivery arrangement. Because bicycle packages are large and valuable, monitor the tracking information closely and arrange for someone to receive the shipment whenever possible.

Are assembly guides available?

Yes. Model-specific assembly videos and other instructional resources are available through the X-LAB YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@xlabworldwide). Your bicycle may also include an owner’s manual with assembly, adjustment, and torque information.

Use instructions created for your specific model whenever possible, since cockpit designs, cable routing, seatpost hardware, and recommended torque values can differ. If a required guide is unavailable or a step is unclear, pause the assembly and contact an authorized X-LAB dealer or X-LAB Support before proceeding.

How can I apply for sponsorship or ambassador opportunities?

X-LAB is currently developing an industry purchase program. Program details and launch information will be shared through the X-LAB newsletter when they become available.

Sponsorship, ambassador, media, and collaboration inquiries may be sent to media@xds.co. Include a brief introduction, your location, cycling background, proposed collaboration, event or project details, audience information, and links to relevant social channels or previous work. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee sponsorship or product support.

Are student or military discounts available?

X-LAB does not currently offer dedicated student or military discount programs. We appreciate the interest and understand that these programs can make purchasing a bicycle more accessible.

Any future discount programs, promotional offers, or industry purchase opportunities will be announced through official X-LAB channels. Subscribe to the newsletter for current product and program updates.
