What kind of help do you need?

SP3 is designed for the everyday commuter or recreational rider. SP3 is versatile, lightweight, and comfortable, making it ideal for all types of riding from paved paths to gravel roads.

We recommend SP3 to be assembled by an experienced bicycle mechanic or technician, since it involves more steps out of the box compared to our road bikes. If you have the necessary mechanic skills, you can refer to the written assembly guide or our assembly video to help guide you through the process. If you have any questions or doubts about assembling SP3 yourself, we recommend having it professionally assembled at your local bike shop.

SP3 has a weight limit of 242lbs (110kg), which includes the rider and any gear or cargo.

SP3 is compatible with full length front and rear fenders. It’s also compatible with universal rear racks that mount to the rear dropouts and seat stays.

Any local bike shop will be able to provide general service for your SP3. For any component customization or warranty issues we recommend going to an X-LAB dealer to receive the best expert guidance and support.

SP3 has clearance for up to 45c tires.

Yes, the SP3 frame is compatible with most wired, wireless, or mechanical flat-bar groupsets from all major drivetrain brands.

SP3 uses a standard threadless stem and 31.8mm handlebar, making it compatible with a wide range of aftermarket stem and handlebar options.

SP3 uses a standard square taper bottom bracket, making it compatible with a wide range of aftermarket crank options.

The rims and tires on SP3 are not tubeless compatible.
